There are various services held throughout the month. Please click here to see the monthly pulpit diary.
At 9.30am on the first Sunday of every month in September to June, there is a 30 minute family service for all ages. This service is weekly during the summer months of July and August. It is led by the minister and a group of parents. This relaxed service includes songs, prayers and usually a craft activity. There is also often a discussion group for the adults. This service is held in the west chancel area of the sanctuary, please enter by the main church door.
The 10.30am service is the formal main service for the congregation with readings, prayers, sermon and choral input from the choir. This service is held in the church and you can enter by the main door or the halls entrance door. The Junior Church join in this service for the first part and then go through to the halls to continue their worship and activities. Families can meet them before the service in the halls (enter by the Munro Road door), or meet up with them in the service. There is a stay-and-play creche in the halls too and the service relayed by speaker.
Occasionally there are evening services at certain times of the year, and these are intimated in advance.
The Sacrament of Holy Communion is celebrated 4 times a year in the 10.30am formal main service. On these Sundays there is also a 9am service with the Sacrament of Holy Communion. All are welcome to come to these services whether a member of the church or not.
On the second Sunday of every month there is a 10 minute service of Prayers for Healing held after the main service. In this service of prayer we invite people to add names and places that wish to be included in prayer to a prayer list, this is used during the service.
